• Failed posts due to platform limitations or outages

• Account restrictions or bans imposed by those platforms

Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms.

8. Scheduling & Delivery

Drafted aims to publish content at scheduled times, but we do not guarantee exact delivery timing.

Delays or failures may occur due to:

• Third-party platform issues

• Connectivity problems

• System maintenance

We are not liable for missed posts or performance outcomes.

9. Payments & Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)

• You can cancel at any time, but payments are non-refundable unless required by law

• Pricing and features may change with notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
